something borrowed, something new

Tonight, I was inspired by the latest blog entry of Cute As A Fox Creations to make my very own messenger bag.

The original tutorial is from Living With Punks for a messenger bag made with a pillow cover. I didn't have pillow covers, so I improvised and adapted the pattern to regular yardage. Fun Stuff. I even added the sweet little flowers

that Cute As A Fox added to her bag.

Here is a look at the inside of the bag. I added two little pockets.
