"We write to taste life twice, in the moment and in retrospect." — Anaïs Nin

Maybe I'll change someone's world with these words. You never know.

Today I woke up, took Sammy to work, came home and knit this bear hat for my brother's best friend's new baby due this summer.

After noon, we picked up Sam from work and took her to her doctor appointment. While I sat in the waiting room, the clouds outside were BEAUTIFUL.

And then on the way back toward home, they were excellent again.

We got gas at an allarmingly high price before heading out to Walmart

Where I bought more yarn so I could finish another bear hat. One a bit bigger for an older baby.

After Walmart, we ate dinner at Panda Express. YUM.

Tonight I decided to make up some "Perfect White Bread" to give to the missionaries tomorrow.
My yeast was beautiful the FIRST TIME!
