I made this for my up and coming niece Clementine. I am kindof proud of it. As usual, i did not come up with this idea. it was on one of those really cute blogs that have things to make on them.
I took a regular, inexpensive 10 by 13 inch picture frame and ripped the small metal things off of the back that hold the back of the frame on (with pliers), and then painted it with white acryllic craft paint and a craft sealer paint. I then used a staple gun to attach the ribbon the long way down the frame on either end of the back of the frame. It is a really cute bow holder for ms Clementine's room.
