Perfect White Bread

I have decided to try and work my way through this bread book we have

Yesterday was "Perfect White Bread"

After. SO pretty! I did a little jig when I saw how pretty the butter made the tops. BIG SMILES!

The secret in Dad's loaf was jalapenos and parmesan cheese.

The recipe made two loaves, So I deemed the second loaf a gifty loaf for the missionaries. Plain white bread. No secrets.

Today is Wheat Bread. Pictures to follow.
