Lately, I've been the chef/cook/butler/mom/maid/everything at home, so I've started adventuring with yeast breads. Today was English Muffin adventure day. Boy they turned out tasty.
A snap shot while I let them sit until they doubled in size.
Then I cooked them 'til golden brown on each side (some a bit more brown than others...)
TADA!
Mom prefers hers with avocado, butter and garlic while I prefer butter and strawberry jam.
Either way, they are and will be loved by all.
Tomorrow... SOFT PRETZELS.
