when upon life's billows

here sat our old oven. ugly. thirty years old and well used.
a friend of ours brought us a new one yesterday, bless his heart. the old oven is gone!
The new one is so pretty. well, clean mostly. and like new. LOVE.
and then, the family had a surprise dishwasher for us too!
aren't they pretty? We are in love. Thank you so much to the dear family that brought these to us yesterday.

i am a firm believer that God doesn't give you more than you can handle, and then he blesses you! It's been one of those trying weeks and it paid off yesterday.
Today I am counting my many blessings and naming them one by one.
blessings are everywhere.

find them.
step back and realize that you are loved.
