today i decided to try my luck with tortilla making. flour tortillas this time.
this was a note in the recipe "almost immediately, tiny blisters should appear". i thought that was funny.

the dough had to sit for fifteen minutes while i sat around waiting to see if this was going to be fun...

...it wasnt

but i think they probably turned out how the recipe expected them to be

i'll let you know tomorrow if they turned out to be edible.
