Christmas usually brings an orange in my stocking, along with a few chocolates, some chapstick and bandaids. Brian usually gets a pomegranate. These are things that mean christmas is here for my family.

What Christmas looks like to me

One of my favorite things about christmas in my family is when we all wait for Brian and Jeanette to come over (now with miss mcawesome) and then we all open the stockings and gifts together and then later nana and boppa stop in for lunch. its always so cozy and warm and full of love. i love being with my family and watching their faces as they receive the gifts that were handpicked (and sometimes handmade) especially for them.

Got to love traditions huh! We always have an orange too, and I do the chocolate oranges now in different flavors that we then share.
This post is so sweet. Just wanted to let you know that you reminded me that there is good in the world today. :)
Miss you tons.
And Bon Jovi just started playing on your blog. Awesomeness! :)Their lyrics often sing to my soul.
